Breathe, Relax, Meditate. Workshop with Jessica Livingstone

The aim of this workshop is: 1) we will come together; 2) listen to why millions of people across the world have taken up meditation; 3) learn some simple – yet profound – breathing techniques; and then practise around 4 / 5 meditation techniques that anyone can do (seated or lying down).
