In yoga we move through our poses feeling the beautiful stretch, followed by a sense of release, or perhaps we are concentrating on building strength in the upper/lower body. Given that we have a sense of body awareness naturally created from attending regularly you would think we wouldn’t suffer with poor posture, lower back pain or regular injuries… but if so, why do we?
