Starting with a talk on how stress manifests and how it affects our lives (incl. worry, obsessions, anxiety, insomnia, fatigue etc.) and what we can do about it. We will then move into a series of yoga asanas (postures) designed specifically to create balance (Satva) and stillness in body and mind.
