Due to demand we began thinking about this but were waiting for the right teacher – and now we’ve found her! Emily is great plus what we like most is she’s a genuine yogi as well as pilates teacher, so understands both. Highlights: “Pilates & Yoga are best friends, lovingly healing and strengthening the body and mind in their own ways; Focused pilates movements concentrating on core strength (abdominals, lower back, glutes); Gaining muscle around the joints (shoulders, hips); combined with yoga to increase flexibility and relax body and mind; Dynamic, but fun and light-hearted with options for all levels.” What are you waiting for?
