This Sunday owing to popular demand we are running not one but TWO Sunday morning classes with Krystal – a bit of Hatha, a bit of flow and some restorative yoga too – early birds: 0845-0945 & 10-11.15am too!

Thursday morning class is now Yoga Slow flow at 9.15-10.15am with Krystal so you can get away for the day.
