Release and Let Go, restorative Yoga workshop with Krystal Moore

Designed to help us learn to “let go.” Releasing physical tension in the body and unwanted stored emotions, Krystal will guide you through supported, (e.g. with a bolster) long-hold postures and use guided meditation techniques throughout. All postures will be floor based and suitable for anybody.
