How’s mum life? With a baby and 3-year old mine’s crazy – lovely – but crazy. I’m really passionate to keep teaching “mums” after pregnancy because where I’m at in my own life truly represents me as a teacher… the yoga I practice myself is all about dealing with “mum life” e.g. breathing practices for crazy hectic days, movement for waking up the core and pelvic floor, accessing our strength again and relaxation processes for a body that’s tired and maybe feeling a bit wrecked?!
