Wellbeing Yoga specialises in yoga for beginners. We have developed our own 4 week Beginners Course which introduces yoga to those trying it for the first time. This course covers popular postures, alignment and aspects of meditation and explains yoga’s great health benefits.
We teach you easy to understand moves together with stretching, breathing and relaxation techniques and guide you in your choice of yoga classes to move on to once you’ve completed the course.
For those not seeking such a course we identify classes suitable for beginners clearly on our time table.
