Sometimes stress levels are high, and the resulting anxiety makes it much harder to get a good rest.  Many of us feel exhausted often because of the disturbing, unwanted thoughts especially before bedtime. Yet we all need some solid sleep time as this keeps our minds sharp, stops us feeling low and keeps our immune systems strong.
