Yoga slow flow – Thursdays – 09:15 AM – 10:15 AM
In this class we will move slowly and with care through gentle yoga postures, using the deep soft breath to guide us. We will be breathing through a gentle inspiring flow with focus on opening the body. All classes will end in guided meditatuon. This class is suitable for everyone, from beginners to seasoned yogis.
