If you’ve ever wanted to start your yoga journey but felt overwhelmed or intimidated by joining a regular yoga class then this is the ideal course for you 🙏 

Over 6 one hour sessions taught by experienced yoga teacher @louisefogliayoga we will cover all the basics, from terminology to postures and meditation. You will improve your flexibility and strength but also feel the magic of yoga as it brings a very special kind of calm into your life. 

After completing the course you will feel more confident, knowledgeable and inspired to continue your yoga journey! 

Join via Zoom from anywhere, 10.30am on Saturday mornings starting 23rd January. The class will be small so that everyone will receive individual instruction and attention 😊

Pandemic bottom ?? Apparently it’s a thing ... 😁 😮 “the impact on our bottoms of sitting around a lot during the pandemic, home working, the increase in working from our beds and so on ... anyway it brought out a chuckle. So if you think you may be suffering from a bit of pandemic bottom pick your bottom up and bring it to class (20+ weekly classes! ) or try our beginners courses starting 23rd & 26th (under courses) 😊😉😉 happy Sunday
