This week Im only teaching tonight 7pm and Friday This week Im only teaching tonight 7pm and Friday 0930 (or get the recording). We will be moving towards Nataraja - Lord of the Dance - asana. So, I'm bringing in new sequencing and different heart openers - plus this is great to counter all that sitting and time on screens, which is affecting our posture! Nataraja is a standing balancing dedicated to Shiva's dance. It gets us into our cosmic creativity! Lots of benefits, the backbend element alone stimulates anahata (heart chakra), and opens us up to being more loving/compassionate. Love Jess - bring a strap/dressing gown cord ❤️

Whatever the reason, aches and pains are a common complaint - especially during the lockdown, but there’s lots we can do to help. A bath with Epsom salts is just one of them, but we’d always recommend bringing in some form of yoga for preventative reasons!

Anyone else need an energy boost? 🔥 I’ve prac Anyone else need an energy boost? 🔥 I’ve practiced a lot of restorative yoga this week as my energy has been quite low (I’ve reached my homeschooling limit 🥴) 

So I know that what I need and am ready for now is a big prana boost with some energising, warning vinyasa flow in my @louisefogliayoga Saturday morning 9.15am class!  Looking forward to sharing a fun practice and getting those positive vibes flowing 😊
