NEW! Rest & Restore Evenings

Fully booked previously, so if you missed them come to the next one! We are living in an “overstimulated, under-rested world”. So I’ve developed a NEW Rest & Restore evenings 7-8.15pm running around every 4 weeks – think breathing, restorative movements/asana, chanting, mudras and a long lying down, amazing, meditation – leaving you fully restored. LIMITED SPACES! Book by buying a single class pass (below) or you can use your pass (but you must let me know that you would like a space e: info@wellbeingyoga.co.uk).
